I have done this a few times but its been a while. It does
not work full functional but the dialing point to point
works. I was never able to dial from one system to the other
and use the trunks. I do remember there being a document
that Nortel released to program it properly. It was in the
Task Based Guides for the SCS 500. I will go through some of
my old docs and see if I can post it here.

This should be able to work seamlessly... I configure it with Nortel
Meridian systems frequently.

If the customer has Enhanced QSIG you can even make message waiting lights
on the old Nortel sets work.

All the rest is just simple call routing.

In the target line there is a public and private received
digits. Try setting the private received digits of the
target line and see if that helps. Also check to mak sure
that under System Programming -> Dial Plan that the private
dial plan is setup properly.
