ACD call drop after 60 sec on hold

Hi,
I am running ACD on 4.4 with latest update (2 month ago).
This is a scenario, A call arrives on ACD and puts on hold for just more
than 60 sec then after resuming the call it will be suddenly drop and both
sides will disconnect!
Since my agents have to frequently put calls on hold; this is becoming a
serious issue as we lose calls that are put on hold for more than 60 sec!!
This could be a config issue!! Do you have any suggestion to fix this?

Thanks everyone,

Check session timers on your end and your ITSP.

Something similar was happening to me with our OpenACD setup and it turned out that my ITSP was actually dropping it due to the RE-INVITE after 30 seconds. They had to do an upgrade on their end to fix that.

Another time they had session timers on the ITSP side set to drop after about 10 seconds.
Hope that helps.

Geoff,
However I only have this problem when an inbound call comes from ACD,
otherwise its OK!
In other word when an agent picks up only an ACD call and puts it on hold
for more than 60 sec then on resume the call will drop. In direct calling
this problem doesn't exist!
Could I conclude this is not seesion timers on my or ITSP side?

Thanks,

Well, I would say not without some siptraces, logs and maybe a network
capture.

Can you call in and leave a voicemail longer than 60sec?
