New server as Role Primary SIP Router

Hi:

I have installed a server with the Primary Role SIP Router. I now need to
reassign a new server as Primary role SIP Router. Is it possible to make
this change now?

I can see in the administration interface option unchek Primary SIP Router,
in Primary server, but my question is if after disabling that option appears to
turn on the new server?.
