problem with sipx4.40 and user moh

upgraded from 4.2.0->4.2.1->4.4.0
(in between, did a full backup, built the next server with the cd rom,
did a restore , yum update, the replaced repo, and upgraded again)

I have a problem with going to the user->{userx}, Music-on-hold param.

I get a ' An internal error has occurred. Click here
<https://sip.secnap.com:8443/sipxconfig/restart.svc> to continue.'

sipxpbx/sipconfig.log shows: (lots of stuff)

then this:

*Unable to create directory /var/sipxdata/mediaserver/data/moh/1259]


* ls -ltd moh
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Jul 28 19:06 moh


(did this happen because I did a restore from the cli

sipx-restore -c configuration.tar.gz -v voicemail.tar.gz

chown -R sipxchange:sipxchange moh fixes it.
