Ok, got the web interface to come up. Now having issues in the sbc
report area. Getting

After you reset the Bridge, and until it is fully reset, you typically see
this error. Is this machine real slow possibly?

No, its a 6 core amd that is sipx is running in a virtual box container
allocated with 2048 ram and 8G hd. I had it on 2 processors but just
changed it to 1 and still see the message.

You'll need to have at least 4 GB of RAM and 2 cores... You can decrease
the heap size and reduce mem requirements a bit but if you need to be that
skinny with RAM you'll need to disable extra features like Instant
Messaging and SIP Capture.

Also I recommend 30 GB of disk as the smallest.

ok well i just changed the port from 5080 to 5060 and then back again
and the error went away. i am using vitelity as trunk provider.
