Hi,
Is there a simple way to not play the prompt which says to press zero for
the operator?

Found an old thread with the same issue, but not with an answer.
Am using version 4.2.1-018971

Don't think there is an easy way but to re record the prompt. This can
be customized in 4.6 (per user / per user group setting) with
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-8637

Hi,
Thanks for the quick answer.
Do you know when 4.6 will be released?

Now that you mention it, we've had a relatively quiet week as far as
release blockers. Every time i prepare a release candidate, something
comes up : openfire mem leak, registration drops (which was not a
bug). So let me prep another release, and smoke test it.

In the past I've removed that. I think its a separate wave at the end or there was an alternative one to use in the directory. I didn't have to record it
