The instructions outlined on the Wiki do not work:

When I create the sipxplugin.beans.xml file, sipxconfig no longer works.
Throws a 404 error.

What needs to be updated?

Faaah...

I had one extra line break at the top of the file... threw the whole
parser off... stupid thing.

It's working now.

I've re-skinned the UI using only CSS (sort of to see if I could do it).
No more background PNGs for the gradient fill (all done with CSS
gradient fills), no more PNGs for the rounded corners (all CSS
border-radius now).

If only I could replace the PNG glyphs with the SVG versions I made, for
a truly "eye opening" experience.
