Voicemail message maximum time

Searched through the admin interface, wiki, and looked around Google, still
no success in determining how to extend the maximum length of a voicemail
message on 4.4, updated to latest patch level. Is this a configurable
option via the cli?

The only setting in 4.4 is the number of days before purging voicemail.

It is not configurable via the UI. Since voicemail now (even moreso in 4.6
using mp3 and available 8khz encoding) uses such little space, it's never
been raised as a need (limiting the # of voicemails).
