Getting comfort messages in call centre

I am trying to get comfort messages in the call centre
queue.

I am guessing that I need to add a recipe step and choose
the action media announce.

What I am not too sure of is what to enter into the text box
to the right. Is it a path to a media file? Is the path
absolute on the file system, or relative to a fixed path
somewhere? Am I even in the right area?

I'm afraid that part does need some work. See ticket. But you're on the right track. For now, one way to do it is to fill it up with the audio file's absolute path on the media server.
