Hello,

I have a number of Cisco 7940's on a sipxecs server 4.4. When I try to transfer a call, the phone displays "Transfer failed" and nothing happens. I'm not even sure where to start looking on the sipxecs server to tech this. Which log should I look at first?

trying to transfer to another 7940 or to a polycom?

are you on a HA setup?

What firmware are you on with the Cisco's?

When did you yum update your 4.4 system last?

You've provided basically no information...
