Outgoing calls - sipgate

Hi,

I am testing outgoing calls via sipgate sip trunk, incoming calls are working, but for outgoing calls i am getting "forbidden". I gave all permission to my extension and create a dial plan. Snapshoot is in the attachement. I found some direction how to create sip bridge for sip trunk but outgoing calls are not working (I am new with sipx). In HOMER it seems that my calls are not forward to sipgate.

Please help

There is something wrong in sipxbridge log -complains about
10.160.250.194 port = 5060, address already in use, try to restart
proxy and bridge and see if it clears out the error. You may also want
to change from Use Stun to IP address in System > NAT Traversal

Hi,

Put back sipx bridge external port to 5080, restart services, still the same. Didn`t change nat traversal, i am behind the nat with dynamic ip (adsl)

There is something wrong in sipxbridge log -complains about
10.160.250.194 port = 5060, address already in use, try to restart proxy and bridge and see if it clears out the error. You may also want to change from Use Stun to IP address in System > NAT Traversal

It still looks like a NAT issue, if you're looking in sipxbrdige.log you'll see

Hi,

We installed new sipx on public ip without nat, outgoing calls still don`t works. In the attach there is snapshoot and homer logs.

Also, what are the permissions you gave for "sipgate dialplan" dialing rule?

That's not exactly how it should be, all the calls fails due to
NoAccess, try enabling Local Dialing at least

In your dialing rule, get rid of 5060 in the host and try again.
