Open ACD uploading a welcom message

Anyone else getting the dreaded 'An internal error has occurred.' When attempting to upload a Welcome message in the contact center under lines? So far I'm striking out on openACD - anyone else having better luck? I'll do some more digging as time permits.

I can able to reproduce the issue in the build sipXecs (4.6.0.
2012-07-17EDT22:07:07 ip-10-72-43-110.ec2.internal) ....Please check the
attached config logs
