Good Day Sirs,

I'm a newbie running SipXecs 4.6 on a CentOS box - sipXecs(4.6.0.
2012-08-22EDT21:08:29 ip-10-72-43-110.ec2.internal)
I have 3 Grandstream Phones , 1 Grandstream GXW4104 gateway and a couple of
SNOM 320 Phones.
Here is my scenario:

1. Calls from SNOM to SNOM - OK
2. Calls from SNOM to Grandstream - OK
3. Calls from SNOM to PSTN via Grandstream Gateway - OK
4. Calls from PSTN to Grandstream Phones via Grandstream Gateway - OK
5. Calls from PSTN to SNOM via Grandstream Gateway - Disconnects after 30
Secs
6. Calls from Grandstream to SNOM - Disconnects after 30 Secs

Basically, when calls gets initiated by a Grandstream Device (whether be it
a phone or a gateway) to a SNOM Phone, the call gets disconnected after
EXACTLY 30 secs.

Does anybody have a clue of what could be causing this or have experienced
anything like this before?
Please do let me know what logs should I get so I could provide it here for
your reference.

Appreciate the help.

Thank you very much!

Luis

When calls (in sip, generally) come in and are answered but no proper ACK
occurs, it would be assumed the call never fully established and terminates
at 30 seconds.

I always have issues with sip standards using snom and grandstream so I
can't help you there.

I would suggest you get a pcap so it can be looked at to see what is not
liked in the call.

I tried disabling "Full SDP answer on the SNOM phones and it looks like it
did the trick! ;)
