Filed under the really weird (to me) department.
I've got an installation where one Polycom phone (x809) calls another
Polycom phone (x802) once or twice an hour, waits for the call to pass into
VM, and then leaves a blank 10 second VM before hanging up. Nobody is in
the office during this time, and call is generated solely by the Polycom.
The call logs and phone logs reflect the behavior.
I've deleted and recreated the x809 account, and even created a new
extension (x800) and assigned it to the calling phone, only to have it
continue the same behavior to x802.
Any clues? I do have BLF configured for five of the extensions, including
the 802/809/800 extensions, and it seems that the only destination affinity
for the calling extension is the x802 extension.
