Changes to the server that require sending profile should take you to that screen

Hello,
When a change is made to a phone that requires sending the profile to
the phone, it takes you to the screen where you can send the profile to
the phone. When a change is made to the server, it does not do this. For
example:
I added a new Intranet Subnet to the Internet Calling submenu, and it
told me I had to restart services, which I did. However, the server did
not start recognizing the new subnet until I went to System -> Servers,
checked the server and selected "Send Profiles"
I am on version 4.4.0-418
